Sleeping Arrangements

Our villa comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests with 3 fully furnished bedrooms + a private sleeping loft.

• Master Suite: King bed + ensuite bath + private veranda (Sleeps 2)
• Guest Room #1: Queen bed + ocean view (Sleeps 2)
• Guest Room #2: Two twin beds + garden view (Sleeps 2)
• Loft Nook: Daybed + twin mattress pullout (Sleeps 2–3)
• Optional: Air mattress & baby crib available upon request

• Events such as small weddings or wellness retreats allowed with prior approval and deposit
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• All guests must be registered

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire villa and all outdoor spaces — including the beach, gardens, and shared dock — except for staff-only utility spaces.
