REPRESENTING THE FUTURE MEVA PARADISE.
Meva Paradise is our vision for a private, intimate beachfront retreat on Île aux Nattes, Madagascar. The concept combines a 5 bedroom tropical retreat house with distinctive 6 meter concrete dome bungalows, surrounded by nature, ocean views and the relaxed rhythm of island life.
Phase 1 includes the main retreat house and four domes, with a long term vision of expanding to eight domes.
Meva Paradise is being developed step by step, with the goal of creating a distinctive beachfront retreat on Île aux Nattes. The land is already secured, while the retreat house, dome bungalows and guest experiences are being developed as part of a phased vision.
The beachfront land on Île aux Nattes is already secured, providing the foundation for Meva Paradise and its future island retreat.
A car free island surrounded by lagoon waters, coral reef and coconut lined beaches. The dry season from April to November offers beautiful beach weather, while July to September brings humpback whales to the waters of Sainte Marie.
Peaceful, authentic and untouched by busy roads and crowds.
April to November offers warm, sunny beach days.
July to September humpback whales pass right by Sainte Marie.
Crystal clear waters, coral reef and vibrant marine life.
A natural, elegant, timeless five-bedroom house with open indoor–outdoor living, cathedral ceilings, and lagoon views from every main room. Cedar-shake bronze metal roofing, stone accents, and wide covered terraces built for tropical living.
At Meva Paradise, our dome bungalows are more than a unique architectural choice — they are part of our vision for an intimate retreat that lives in harmony with the natural beauty of Île aux Nattes.
Their soft, organic shape blends beautifully into the tropical landscape, surrounded by coconut trees, lush gardens, and the peaceful lagoon. Designed with natural light, ventilation, privacy, and comfort in mind, each dome will offer guests their own little sanctuary in paradise.
A different way to stay. A deeper way to connect with nature. 🌴
Madagascar is unlike anywhere else. Separated from mainland Africa for more than 150 million years, its unique evolution has created a world where roughly 90% of its species exist nowhere else. From extraordinary wildlife and ancient rainforests to rare plants, rich culture and the untouched beauty of Île aux Nattes, this is a place where nature remains at the heart of everyday life.
Home to lemurs, chameleons, baobabs, and humpback whales found across Madagascar's landscapes.
Madagascar's eastern coast produces natural vanilla alongside cloves, cinnamon, and pepper grown across its plantations.
Some of the last great tropical rainforests remain misty, layered, and alive with natural sounds throughout each day.
Malagasy culture reflects centuries of movement, heritage, hospitality, and island traditions today.
Thousands of medicinal plant species connect Madagascar's natural environment with traditional medicine.
Sandy paths, a close knit community, lagoon waters, and reef fringed beaches define island life.
Planning and early construction preparations for the Meva Paradise main house are already underway, backed by our own personal investment and long-term commitment to the project.
Within the Phase 1 budget, $120,000 is allocated to advance construction of the main house — complementing our personal contribution and allowing the build to progress step by step, without compromising the quality, comfort, and tropical elegance envisioned for Meva Paradise.
We’re deeply invested in this dream, and we want to share it with you. We’re inviting a small circle of partners to lend a helping hand and build something beautiful and joyful together.
We’d rather show you the real state of the project than a polished fiction of it.
Construction on the 5-bedroom retreat house begins in October, self-funded by us. Phase 1 capital tops up an active project it doesn’t start one from zero.
The $300,000 raise funds four cyclone-engineered concrete domes (of a planned eight) alongside the villa construction-ready designs, ready to turn capital into a physical asset within weeks.
$10,000 per founding investor.
20% share of net operating profit, split proportionally across all Phase 1 investors – no equity, no dilution.
Capped three ways: a 7-year term from opening, a 2× return multiple, and a buyout option.
1 complimentary week per $10,000 invested (capped at 6/yr) over the first 5 years. Unused weeks can be rented to guests, with investors earning a share of that income.
Each investor week includes accommodation in one private dome or designated retreat-house guest room, subject to booking and availability.
No maintenance fees, no obligation to use a week, and no long term lock in beyond the 7 year cap. Upkeep is funded from the retreat’s own operating revenue.
An investor puts in the $10,000 minimum — about 3.3% of the raise, and so about 3.3% of the 20% profit pool (roughly 0.67% of total net profit).
In an early year with modest profit, that’s a small return, growing as the retreat matures. Reaching the full 2× cap ($20,000 back) within 7 years needs meaningful profit growth — if profit stays modest, the 7-year term ends first and the investor receives less than double their investment back.
Illustrative only — not a guarantee or projection of actual returns. Results depend on occupancy, seasonality, and broader economic conditions.
Meva Paradise is being developed on a secured beachfront site on Île aux Nattes, Madagascar. For Phase 1, we are inviting a small group of individual investors to participate in bringing the vision to life.
We are not looking for a large corporate investor. We are looking for people who believe in the destination, the concept and the opportunity to build something lasting together.
$300,000
The Phase 1 investment is structured around a share of the retreat's net operating profit, without equity or dilution.
