1. Booking & Payment

• All reservations must be confirmed via our website or official partners.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to check-in.
• Payments can be made via:
• Credit card

                1. Bank transfer
                2.  Mobile payment (where available)

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will incur a 25% fee.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount. 

4. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by management.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

5. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under 5 stay free with parents.
• Extra guests are subject to a supplementary charge per night.
• Baby cribs and extra beds available on request (limited supply).

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise authorized in writing.
• A refundable security deposit may apply if an exception is granted.

7. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas.
• Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
• Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.

8. Liability & Safety

• Meva Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes.
• Swimming, snorkeling, and other activities are at your own risk.
• Please follow all posted safety guidelines.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to eco-conscious hospitality. Please:

• Reuse towels when possible
• Avoid single-use plastics
• Respect the island’s delicate ecosystem
